We chose Chanel because she was very knowledgeable about the home buying process. I had watched tons of videos of her helping others find their dream home and even offering tips on what to know before you buy a home. She also came highly recommended so we knew we were in great hands. She walked us through every step of the process, at no point were we ever confused. She educated us on buying and selling and the steps that we needed to take to secure our first home. Chanel made awesome recommendations and was very realistic with us about our expectations. With that being said this process actually exceeded my expectations. I heard horror stories about the home buying process but we didn't experience any of that with Chanel. It was very smooth and seamless. When visiting different homes she always made sure to keep in mind the locations and amenities we asked for and her attention to detail was impeccable. When we saw what is now our new home, we could tell this was it and Chanel could too. We put in an offer even though there were other offers on the table, Chanel worked her magic and it was accepted that same day. The closing happened so fast after that I forgot how long most people said their process lasted. We have now been in our home for almost 5 weeks and we absolutely LOVE it! This will be a beautiful place to continue raising our children and a legacy for them. Chanel is forever a part of our family now and we greatly appreciate her kindness and patience with us through this process. Chanel James is an amazing realtor! She came into our lives right on time when we began the search for our new family home. Chanel was always available at any time, day or night. No matter where she was, she would always insist on making time to address any of my questions or concerns. Nothing was too big or too small for Chanel. I was very impressed at how knowledgeable she was about the housing market. She knew exactly what we were looking for and kept that in mind anytime we looked at a home. She tailor made lists of different homes that suited our needs, and made sure we were able to view all of the houses we wanted until we found the perfect house. I must also mention that besides being an outstanding realtor, Chanel is also one of the most pleasant people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Her charisma and beautiful personality were just an added bonus to the overall experience. Chanel also knew the importance of looking at homes that we were interested in right away. I recall the times Chanel took us to see houses in the rain and sweltering heat. She was so patient and determined throughout the entire process.
