LaShanae Butler is a distinguished real estate professional whose work is defined by integrity, strategy, and a deep commitment to service. Her approach to real estate extends beyond transactions, focusing instead on building lasting value, strong foundations, and meaningful client relationships.

Originally from Alabama, LaShanae was born on Fort Rucker to a military family and raised in the church as the youngest of three siblings. These early influences instilled discipline, faith, and leadership that continue to shape her professional ethos. She made history as the first African American Little Miss Daleville (‘98), a formative achievement that reflected her confidence, poise, and drive from a young age. As a military brat, she gained firsthand insight into relocation and transition, experiences that cultivated her appreciation for the importance of home and community.

LaShanae later relocated to Columbus, Georgia, and ultimately Atlanta, where she graduated from Dutchtown High School and pursued Business Administration at Clayton State University. Her passion for mentorship emerged early and evolved into a lifelong calling. She currently serves as Head Coach and Director of The Kryptonite Elite Dance Team (Ellenwood), where she leads with precision, discipline, and purpose, empowering youth to develop confidence and excellence both on and off the floor.

In addition to her real estate practice, LaShanae is the Founder and CEO of The Proverbs 2:26 Project, also known as The P226 Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to youth development through mentorship and practical skill building. Guided by the principle of Proverbs 22:6, the organization equips young people with exposure to valuable trades including culinary arts, audio engineering, photography, and creative disciplines. In May 2025, she further expanded her impact by publishing her first children’s book, reinforcing her commitment to education, empowerment, and legacy.

With a strong interest in land development and wealth creation, LaShanae pursued real estate education as a single mother of three, demonstrating resilience and focus that mirror the advocacy she provides her clients. What began as a professional curiosity quickly became a passion for helping families secure not just properties, but long term stability and opportunity. Her background allows her to serve first time homebuyers, luxury clients, investors, and relocating families with precision, including veterans navigating VA benefits and interstate transitions.

Throughout her career, LaShanae has guided numerous families to their forever homes while also developing a specialized expertise in advising investors through the strategic acquisition and disposition of portfolio properties. Her business minded approach, paired with her client centered philosophy, delivers results marked by clarity, confidence, and trust.
